Complex nose, aromatic freshness, ripe red fruits, still timid minerality. Dense, structured palate, ripe and well-integrated tannins, long finish on fruit and licorice, underlying minerality.

Vineyard: The very steep vineyard makes any mechanization impossible. The vines are maintained manually. Treatments are carried out with organic products.

Pruning: Simple Guyot goblet

Harvest: Manual, at full ripeness in crates

Vinification : In wooden tanks and open barrels. Partially destemmed harvest. Long maceration of 3 to 4 weeks. 

Aging : 24 months in barrels. 30% new wood.

Cellaring : To be enjoyed between 5 and 20 years
