The Condrieu “Terrasses de l’Empire” is the archetype of a fruit wine, with its unmistakable aromas of white peach, and its elegant slenderness that embodies the charm of this style. A Condrieu steeped in harmony, where the aromatic quality balances the wine towards a beautiful freshness.

Vineyard: The very steep vineyard makes any mechanization impossible. The vines are maintained manually. Treatments are carried out with organic products.

Planting density: 8,000 to 10,000 plants/hectare

Pruning: Simple Guyot

Harvest: Manual, at full maturity (13° 14°) in crates. Direct pressing of whole clusters

Vinification: Partially destemmed harvest. Fermentation of the clear juices after static settling with temperature control in 20 Hl casks

Aging: Wood tanks and a quarter in barrels of 3 and 4 wines

Cellaring: To be enjoyed between 5 and 7 years
