Vineyard: The very steep vineyard makes any mechanization impossible. The vines are maintained manually. Phytosanitary treatments are carried out with organic products.

Annual production: 8,000 bottles
Pruning: Simple Guyot goblet
Harvest: Manual, at full maturity in crates
Vinification: In wooden tanks and open barrels. Partially destemmed harvest. Long maceration of 3 to 4 weeks.
Aging: 24 months in barrels. 30% new wood.
Cellaring: To be enjoyed between 5 and 20 years
