RVF Guide to the Best Wines of France 2022 (Sept. 2021): 94/100. Denser yet not lacking in refinement, the syrah combined with grenache interacts with fruits and spices. The tannins are polished and it has a beautiful presence on the palate.

Harvest: manual in the vineyard and at the winery

Vine: 30 to 120 years old. Organic and polyculture farming.

Vinification: traditional vinification in concrete tanks. Whole cluster maceration for up to 10 days. Indigenous yeasts. Gentle pressing adapted to the vintage and terroir.

Aging: 10 months aging in 500L barrels, large casks, and concrete tanks. 7 months in bottle at the domaine.

Bottling: By gravity, without fining or filtration.
