Appellation : IGP Côtes Catalanes

Terroir : limestone marl.

Grapes : Grenache 70% and Carignan 30%.

Age of the vines: 30 to 95 years

Farming method: Organic-Biological farming and polyculture. Manual harvesting with sorting in the vineyard and at the cellar.

Harvest : manual with sorting in the vineyard and at the cellar.

Vinification : traditional vinification in concrete tanks. Whole cluster maceration for up to 15 days. Indigenous yeasts. Gentle pressing adapted to the vintage and terroir. Extraction tailored to the vintage and terroir.

Aging : 14 months of aging in large casks and concrete tanks. 10 months of aging in bottles.

Bottling : By gravity, without fining or filtration. 

Tasting:

Color: Intense ruby
Nose: Cherry, fur, and very floral.
Palate: the attack is smooth, with red fruits, spicy. A monumental body, silkiness, finesse, and enormous length also characterize this wine.
