Beautiful clear, bright, and deeply intense color.
Empyreumatic nose with bread crust, coffee, and black fruits. Dynamic and fruity on the attack, airy in the mid-palate with a refined and vibrant finish. A beautiful wine for aging.

Grape variety: 100% pinot noir

Average age of the vines: 29 years

Density of vines / ha: 10,000

Exposure: Southeast, on slopes, just below the Cortons Grands Crus.

Soil type: Clay-limestone from the Upper Oxfordian, with the presence of iron oxide and siliceous pebbles.

Vine management: Mechanical soil work to avoid the use of herbicides, emphasizing the natural balance of the plant within each plot. Organic phytosanitary management, controlled by Bureau Véritas.

Harvesting method: Manual

Vinification and aging: Selected harvest, fully destemmed. Cold maceration for 5 days followed by fermentation for 14 days. Aging in barrels (30% new) for 12 months, then bottled without fining or filtration.
