Stéphane Ogier continues, despite his now immense international fame, to vinify his two "small" wines: "Le Temps est venu" (made from grenache) and this famous "Syrah d'Ogier". Be careful, this is not a "small wine" despite its price; it is aged in oak barrels and will keep for at least 3 or 4 years in a good cellar! We particularly enjoyed it in 2023.

A delicious Rully, even when young! Perhaps with the exception of the 2024 vintage, which seems quite closed upon its release in late 2025. We will have to wait at least until the summer of 2026 to taste the first bottle, if not longer. Fortunately, the sumptuous 2022 and 2023 (chaponnières) remain for fans of this cuvée who want it for Christmas 2025!

Even though he vinifies other appellations, Saint-Joseph is the "trademark" of Aurélien Chatagnier. This cuvée has become the "quality/price signature" of this domaine on the rise. A must-try if you are not already a regular! Selected by "Le Monde" in February 2026 as one of the best Saint-Josephs in the Valley!

Superb Loire Sauvignon at a knockout price given its quality, which easily rivals the illustrious neighboring AOPs Sancerre and Menetou-Salon, certainly more prestigious, but also much more expensive at the same quality. A real bargain.

We had a real crush on this 100% Chardonnay from Burgundy from the modest Vézelay appellation. Perfectly vinified and organic to boot, its pleasure/price ratio is impressive. Do you know many good white Chardonnays from Burgundy with AOP status for €17?

A unique grape variety, the romorantin, vinified by a unique winemaker, for us the best of its Cour-Cheverny appellation. A tiny appellation that deserves to be discovered, if only for the quality of its single grape variety which, when well vinified, impresses with its complexity and its ability to age.

96/100 B+D. Undoubtedly the greatest cuvée of Chinon at the moment, perhaps alongside the Croix Boissée from Bernard Baudry. Be cautious, this is a great wine for aging; it would be a shame to taste it too early. Still too young in 2025, best to forget it in the cellar for a few years if possible.
