Origin: a blend of plots located in the IGP "Collines Rhodaniennes" area. The name refers to the location of the vines next to the appellation area.

Terroirs: Granitic and alluvial

Grape variety: syrah.

Viticulture: natural cover crops to combat erosion. Treatments limited to the maximum depending on the weather, no insecticides to preserve biodiversity, minimal fertilizers and only organic. Control of vigor and yields, leaf thinning, green harvesting for better grape maturation. Bud thinning in spring.

Vinification: parcel-based and traditional vinification. Minimal use of oenological products (native yeasts). In the cellar, sorting, crushing, and partial destemming. Maceration for 3 weeks in open tanks.

Aging: 7 months 50% in barrels and 50% in tanks. Blending of the different plots before bottling.

Production: approx. 90,000 bottles.

Olfactory tasting: pleasant and aromatic wine. Nose of red fruits.

Tasting notes: lovely fresh red fruits and delicate spices provide a beautiful expression of syrah.

Cellaring: Best enjoyed young on fruity aromas (3 to 4 years).

Pairing: charcuterie or grilled meats (beef skewers).
