Petit Ours is the union of the power of the southern Rhône and the elegance of the northern Rhône.
The result is a fresh and structured syrah where the grape bursts in the mouth to reveal the syrah in its simplicity.

Terroir of Visan, clay-limestone, fairly deep clay soils to best express the fruit of the syrah.

100% destemmed syrah grapes, indigenous yeasts, short fermentation with pump-overs in concrete tanks, racking and aging for 9 months without sulfur, bottled with 1 g/hl of sulfur, the strict minimum to keep a "straight" wine.

Aromas of ripe fruits and spices. Elegant, indulgent wine that is especially digestible.
