Some of the best winemakers from Languedoc gathered in the same mixed case. Note that some of these cuvées are already legendary or hard to find!

March 2024: the 2014 vintage has emerged from the cellars of the domaine after 10 years of aging. Since 2011, the winemaker has not liked the new appellation "Languedoc" (plain), which replaced "Coteaux du Languedoc," so she chose "Vin de France." No worries, neither the winemaker nor the vines, nor the wine have changed; it’s still just as good!

91/100 RVF. A very appealing Côtes du Rhône made from vieilles vignes, crafted according to the rules of the art by one of the best estates in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Excellent vintage 2023, already enjoyable to taste. 5 years of aging do not scare it!

A "must" in Clos Vougeot, the cuvée "Vieilles Vignes" is made for aging. Like all great wines, there is a risk of disappointment if opened too young! Wait for the tannins to soften for a great tasting moment. If you order 2 x 3 bottles, you will receive the original wooden case from the domaine and not two neutral cartons.

Favorite and 98/100 RVF. The great cuvée of the domaine had not been produced in 2021 or 2022, and everyone was eagerly awaiting the 2023 vintage. Fortunately, all the qualitative and weather conditions were met in 2023, marking the return of this mythical cuvée from Châteauneuf. Still closed and too young in June 2025, the date of its release from the...

The heart appellation of the Bret brothers, due to their domaine being family-owned of course, but also because they are convinced that they have an exceptional terroir there (and so are we, by the way), in a superb vintage to boot. This "simple" Pouilly-Vinzelles actually comes from the "voluntarily declassified" young vines of the magnificent climat...

The 100% Mourvèdre from Xavier Braujou, aged for 12 months in barrels, always in the velvety style of Xavier Braujou, favoring finesse over rusticity.

The elegance of organic pinot noir vinified by JC Rateau shines perfectly in this AOP "Hautes Côtes de Beaune," which is unfortunately quite underrated... and consequently, the prices haven't skyrocketed :-)

Released from the cellars of domaine in March 2022. The cuvée is now called "Belle Léone" instead of "Syrah Léone", under the Vin de France designation rather than "Coteaux du Languedoc". Indeed, the winemaker does not like the new designation "Languedoc" (plain), which has replaced "Coteaux du Languedoc", so having chosen "Vin de France", she is no...

Bettane + Desseauve Guide: 15/20: "The tannins marked by the vintage will require patience to soften, much like a great Spanish reserva, but the potential is there. In the finish, cooked notes and sweet spices, with a dry note of Cuban Havana that surprises, the texture is superbly smooth. It is still delightful in February 2025, the date of our last...
