Mâcon-Fuissé is the king of the "village" mâcons, the little brother of Pouilly-Fuissé. It not only shares the same village name but also reassures with the remarkable quality of its terroirs.

GRAPE VARIETIES: Chardonnay

FARMING: Organic

AREA: 0.25 hectare

ALTITUDE: 400m

AGE OF VINES: 45 years

NUMBER OF BOTTLES PRODUCED: 2000

TERRIOR AND EXPOSURE: East-facing slope, sandy-loam soils on sandstone, at altitude, swept by all winds.

VINIFICATION AND AGING: Manual harvest, very slow pressing after destemming. 50% vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks, and 50% in 500-liter barrels for 11 months. Controlled sulfiting.

TASTING: With notes of well-ripened citrus, it takes on an airy dimension with its liveliness.

Serve at 14°C.
