The presence of mourvèdre gives it a lot of character, balance, and complexity for aging. This rosé attracts with its powerful citrus aroma (pink grapefruit). Its ample, round palate with a slight hint of spices reveals a beautiful freshness through its acidic balance.

"Sous l'Amandier" is a confidential Saint-Joseph produced each year in very small quantities. The blend of Roussanne and Marsanne results in very expressive wines focused on fruit. The oak barrel aging gives it roundness and complexity. In our opinion, it is one of the best white Saint-Josephs for immediate enjoyment.
