TERROIR: The slopes of Tizzano composed of clay-granite arenas.

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Sciaccarellu.

HARVEST: Destemmed and sorted, cold pre-fermentation maceration between 12-16°C, light punching down then traditional vinification.

AGING: 100% stainless steel tank.

COLOR: Ruby color with purple highlights.

TASTING: Rosumarinu red is the initiatory path to our cuvées. The gourmet and silky mouth opens on red fruits and white pepper. Subtle and delicate, Rosumarinu red will be appreciated slightly chilled during a dinner aperitif or a contemporary dinner.
