The return of a cuvée that disappeared since 1996 and reappeared in 2016, made from the old vines of syrah planted by the winemaker's grandfather on the parcel "La Viaillère".

This cuvée is made from whole-cluster fermentation, with the juices aged for 18 to 22 months in oak barrels of 1 to 4 wines of 600 liters (or demi-muids).

It is a wine that will refine greatly over time, still young in 2023. This is the character of this parcel!
