TERRIOR :
Our vines are located in the municipalities of Saint-Laurent-des-Arbres and Saint-Génies-de-Comolas on the right bank of the Rhône. The soils are very rich in Pliocene sands scattered with rolled pebbles. This terroir imparts depth
and freshness to the wines.
 
VINIFICATION :
No destemming. Harvested early in the morning, the grapes are then pressed and the selected juices undergo a night of static settling.  
Fermentation and aging: 85% in stainless steel tank, 11% in new barrels, and 4% in used barrels
 
BLEND:  
50% Grenache blanc - 30% Clairette – 20% Ugni Blanc
