TERROIR :  
Plots located in the municipality of Saint Laurent des Arbres on the right bank of the Rhône in the lieux-dits "GISSAC" and "LES THEZ". Sandy and white clay terroir, thus providing finesse and softness to the wine.  
 
VINIFICATION :
Harvested early in the morning, the grapes are then pressed and the selected juices undergo a night of static settling.
Vinification and aging: 94% in stainless steel tank and 6% in clay egg

 
BLEND :     
70% Grenache Blanc - 20% Clairette – 10% Ugni Blanc
