Pablo Hocht vinifies and ages superb Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Rhône Sablet wines in barrels (or not) at his Crève Coeur estate in the southern Rhône Valley.
Barely tasted, we immediately selected it; it's impossible to overlook this little fruit bomb! Could it be the "ideal Côtes-du-Rhône" we have been searching for so long, with its impeccable quality and perfectly reasonable price? The 2025 vintage has just arrived. A delight!
