The wine is a creation. A clever blend of human know-how, the terroir, and the generosity of nature. It is also my story, that of a passion, a dream, told by old vines cultivated with love in respect of the soils and plants.
Grapes : 95% grenache, 4% cinsault, 1% mourvèdre
Aging : Traditional vinification with indigenous yeasts. Whole-cluster harvest and lightly crushed (semi-carbonic). Aging in tank for 8 months.
