The wine is a creation. A clever blend of human expertise, terroir, and the generosity of nature. It is also my story, that of a passion, a dream, told by old vines cultivated with love in respect of the soils and plants.

Grapes: 60% grenache, 30% mourvèdre, 10% syrah.

Vinification: Whole-cluster harvest. Traditional vinification, using indigenous yeasts, with minimal intervention. Maceration for about four weeks, with some punch downs.

Aging: Aging in barrels (no new barrels) for 12 months.
