On the commune of Saint Martin Le Beau, 11ha in Montlouis sur Loire and 3ha in Touraine.
Parcel: Bel Air and Les Borderies.
Terroir: Aeolian sands on degraded clays
Grape variety: Grolleau
Age of the vines: 3 to 120 years.
Vinification: destemmed, 3 weeks of maceration in stainless steel tanks, daily punching down. Aging for one year in 500-liter barrels.
Farming method: Guyot pruning - Worked soils - Manual harvesting.
Yields: 35hl/ha.
Density: 7800 vines per hectare.
Alcohol: 12 % alc./vol.
