Our first wine, a vibrant wine bringing together the most spontaneous, juiciest lots from our various terroirs in Pic Saint Loup and at the domaine in Assas.

The name comes from the Occitan for “Free, Freedom” and carries this joyful resonance. A wine for everyone.

A blend of 60% Syrah and 40% Grenache, with a red-fruited, crisp and fresh profile.

Short vatting, followed by 14 months’ ageing in concrete vats and foudres.
A juicy palate with notes of red fruit (wild strawberries, redcurrants), garrigue (fragrant thyme and rosemary, southern vegetation), marked by a fresh, vibrant and mouthwatering finish.

A cuvée “for the people and full of joy”, created for simple moments shared together.
