We chose to bring together a lot from each of our premier crus in this bottle. The communion of our finest red terroirs…

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir.

Terroir: From the best plots of the estate.

Harvest: Manual with selective sorting in the vineyard.

Winemaking: Bud pruning and green harvesting. Whole cluster pressing and indigenous yeasts to start fermentation in tank, then transfer to barrels. Light filtration.

Aging: 12 months, with 50% in new barrels and 50% in barrels of an average wine depending on the year.
