We have chosen to bring together a lot of each of our premier crus in this bottle. The communion of our finest red terroirs…

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir.

Terroir: From the best plots of the estate.

Harvest: Manual with selective sorting in the vineyard.

Vinification: Bud removal and green harvesting. Whole-cluster pressing and indigenous yeasts to start fermentation in tank, then transfer to barrels. Light filtration.

Aging: 12 months, of which 50% in new barrels and 50% in one-wine barrels on average depending on the year.
