From a vineyard with the same cadastral name, located in Bransat (1.60 ha)

Grape Variety(ies): 70% Chardonnay and 30% Tressallier

Terroir: clay-limestone

Vinification: Pressing at low pressure to obtain quality juice.
Static cold settling for 15 hours at 7° and barreling by gravity.
Vinified and aged in tank.

Tasting: The Tressallier, a typically local grape variety, brings liveliness and freshness to the wine. The Chardonnay gives the wine roundness and fullness in the mouth with a beautiful aromatic persistence in a lovely duality. Not fined, not filtered.
Do not serve below 12°.
