This wine is sponsored by His Serene Highness Prince Charles-Henri de LOBKOWICZ, named after his father Edouard, a prince from Bohemia. Charles-Henri de Lobkowicz is a figure of the local aristocracy in Bourbonnais (his mother is a Princess of Bourbon-Parma) and has - among other privileges - his own cuvée and his own label, in what is one of the best wineries in his region.

Grape(s): 70% Chardonnay and 30% Tressallier

Terroir: clay-limestone

Vinification: Low-pressure pressing to obtain quality juices.
Static cold settling for 15 hours at 7° and gravity filling.
Vinified in barrels from the Tronçais forest, with a minimum aging of 15 months.
