Location : 200 m from the southern limit of the Condrieu appellation. Parcel selection in the municipality of Limony.
Age of the Vines : 20 years
Soil : gravelly based on weathered granite, schists, and soils low in clay.
Exposure : south
Altitude : about 240 meters
Grape Variety : viognier
Harvest : manual in 15 kg crates. Manual sorting on a vibrating sorting table
100% destemming
Vinification : traditional
Age of Barrels : 2/3 new and 1/3 one wine
Aging : 9 months
