Age of the Vines : 20 years
Soil : gravelly based on altered granite, schists, and poor clay soils.
Exposure : south
Altitude : approximately 240 meters

Harvest : manual in 15 kg crates. Manual sorting on a vibrating sorting table
100% destemming
Vinification : traditional
Age of Barrels : 2/3 new and 1/3 one wine
Aging : 9 months
