• Soil type : Granite-based with several stages of evolution
• Exposure : Foot of the slope, slope, and high ground
• Age of Vines : From 4 years to 48 years
• Harvest : Manual in 25kg crates
Vinification :
• Traditional in thermo-regulated cylindrical concrete tanks
• Maceration with temperature control
• Pressing followed by blending of free-run and press juices
Aging :
• 12 months
• 80% in concrete tank
• 20% in 2nd and 3rd use barrels
Aging potential : 7 years
