A blend of Marsanne and Roussanne whose delicate fragrances, after six months of vinification in barrels, express the terroir of Saint-Joseph with finesse.

Characteristics :
• Appellation : Saint-Joseph white
• Grape variety : 80% Roussanne and 20% Marsanne
• Topography : Blend of several gardens
• Soil type : Soils with a bit more depth of aeolian loess type (very soft and fine earth)
• Exposure : South / Southeast
• Age of Vines : Between 6 and 25 years
• Harvest : Manual in 9kg crates - cold pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours - sorting on a vibrating table

Vinification :
• Pressing followed by cold settling
• Slow fermentation at low temperature 1/3 in tank and 2/3 in 300-liter barrels
• Depending on the vintage and its "freshness," malolactic fermentation may be stopped

Aging :
• 9 months for each of the two parts
• Minimum filtration at bottling
• Start of marketing 4 months after bottling
