• Grape variety : Syrah
• Topography : A blend of small gardens harmoniously distributed across the 4 municipalities
• Soil type : Granitic base with several stages of evolution
• Exposure : Foot of the slope and top of the slope
• Age of Vines : From 5 to 30 years
• Harvest : Manual in 25kg crates

Vinification :
• Traditional in thermo-regulated tronco-conical concrete tanks.
• Maceration with temperature control
• Pressing followed by blending of free-run and press juices.

Aging :
• 12 months
• 80% in concrete tank
• 20% in 3-wine barrels
Aging potential : 7 years
