Our Bourgogne red comes from a very old vine in Pommard (outside the appellation) that produces very little and thus gives a well-structured wine with round and smooth tannins. The wine of La Taupe has superb aromas of red fruits that slowly evolve into spices and licorice.

All our actions throughout the year have the sole purpose of producing quality wines. These ambitions require us to be very attentive and careful with our vines. We therefore implement qualitative methods that lead us to manually go over each vine up to 12 times a year.

Soil: clay

Aging: 10% new barrels, aging 10 months

Tasting notes: With aromas of red fruits, this well-structured wine with round and smooth tannins gives immediate pleasure and can be kept for up to 10 years.
