Description: Thanks to the mountain's freshness and the vineyard's altitude, this juicy Syrah offers notes of violets and graphite reminiscent of northern Syrahs. The Chaudière brothers present you with a wine for socializing and immediate pleasure!

Terroir :
Soils: limestone.
Altitude: approximately between 300 and 400 meters
Average age of the vines: 30 years
Vineyard worked in biodynamics

Grape Varieties : 100% Syrah

Vinification and Aging : Vinification in concrete tanks. Very gentle extraction by light wetting on the cap. Aged for one year in concrete tanks (no wood).

Tasting :
Color: light and clear with garnet and violet reflections
Nose: very expressive and floral with aromas of violets and fresh red fruits.
Palate: fresh, light, and juicy with vibrant fruit, aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, and violet, and peppery notes (red and white peppers).
