Domaine Aurélien Chatagnier Côte-Rôtie red 2023 (3 bottles with damaged labels)

Technical sheet written by the domaine: 

A one-fifth-hectare vineyard, 100% Syrah, aged 10 to 15 years, planted on schist in the commune of Ampuis (Côte Brune), in the superb Rozier and Brocarde sectors.

Vinification: Hand-harvested, fully destemmed, fermented with native yeasts, 1 pump-over per day, followed by warm maceration (30-32°C). Malolactic fermentation in barrels.

Ageing: 1 year in barrels, two-thirds new.
