Domaine Aurélien Chatagnier Côte-Rôtie red 2023
Technical sheet written by the domaine:
A vineyard of one-fifth of a hectare, 100% syrah aged 10 to 15 years, on schists from the commune of Ampuis (Côte Brune), in the very beautiful sectors Rozier and Brocarde.
Vinification: Manual harvesting, total destemming, fermentation with natural yeasts, 1 pump-over per day, followed by hot maceration (30-32°C). Malolactic fermentation in barrels.
Aging: 1 year in barrels, two-thirds new.
