4000 bottles produced.
Grapes: Blend of 40% Roussanne and 60% Marsanne.
The soils are granitic and the average age of the vines is 25 years.
Vinification: manual harvesting, cold settling, fermentation with natural yeasts, in barrels, and temperature control from 15 to 20 °C.
Malolactic fermentation also in barrels.
Aging for 8 to 9 months in barrels of 1 to 5 wines. Use of sulfur reduced to the strict minimum.
The goal is to maintain freshness with good acidity, and to avoid any massive character with smooth tannins.
