Cuvée mythical. The crystalline purity of flint clay, and the magic of Dagueneau on top of that. Upset with his appellation "Pouilly-Fumé", the winemaker has labeled this cuvée since the 2017 vintage as "Vin de France"... which changes nothing about the contents of the bottle and adds a very poetic back label to the evocative interline :-) 96/100 RVF.

96/100 RVF. A fine and vibrant vintage, considered by the Sabon family "as one of the best of the last decade", which shows great aging potential for wines that will already be enjoyable in their prime youth (but may close up later, as sometimes happens with Châteauneuf-du-Pape).

“The other white from Burgundy” is how the Bret Brothers present this brand new cuvée from the vines acquired in 2016. It is a micro-production made from aligotés facing full East, at the foot of the Roche de Vergisson. For the Bret brothers, "Zen" refers to "vinification without sulfites, just a tiny bit at bottling."

96/100 RVF and B+D. The benchmark of the Palette appellation. A white wine with great aging potential, and above all, of supreme elegance!

Domaine des Huards Cheverny "Prose" rose 2023
  • New
A Cheverny rosé made from a subtle blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Gamay. Much more than a simple dry Loire rosé: Unique, fine, and fruity with just the right amount of acidity to awaken the taste buds, this wine is a pure marvel in 2023, a true invitation to the table!

A very specific terroir (sand), a unique grape variety, old cinsault at 100%, which is gaining popularity for reds, whereas it was often reserved for rosés... Clos du Mont-Olivet is very much in tune with the times with this new cuvée that achieved great success from its first vintage (2018), thanks to the know-how of the Sabon family!

The 100% Cinsault "intermediate" from Xavier Braujou, aged for 12 months in new barrels, impressive in complexity... yet always with finesse. Below: the Pradelou, above: the Hauts de Carol's!
