Grape Variety: 100% MALBEC (COT)

Average age of vines: 40 years.

Area / type of cultivation: 5 ha biodynamic farming - (AB - Demeter - Biodyvin)

Soil / exposure: Siderolithic limestone - Hilltop at 350 m altitude.

Vinification: Manual harvesting - Natural vinification, destemming, maceration for 30 days. Fermentation in concrete tanks.

Aging: Aging in large casks for 22 months.

Total SO2: less than 30 mg/L.

Number of bottles: 10,000.
