The Revue du Vin de France (Corsica. Succumb to the Island Beauties - J-E Simond - June 2021): 92/100. Clear ruby color; withered rose aroma; charming and enjoyable juice, digestible, finely tart and minty, supported by tasty small tannins. A lot of allure in this fleshy and unadorned Grenache.

TERROIR: The slopes of the Gulf of Propriano composed of granitic sands.

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Grenache.

HARVEST: Destemmed and sorted, cold pre-fermentation maceration between 12-16°C, light punching down then traditional vinification in large cask.

AGING: 12 months in ½ muid.

COLOR: Cherry color.
