RVF Guide to the Best Wines of France 2023 (Sept. 2022): 98/100. The domaine confirms that it is truly exceptional and is very close to achieving its third star. Once again, we are very impressed by the whites, which exhibit remarkable definition and maturity management. The Hermitage Les Rocoules, full of volume and breadth, is built for long aging, with a brilliant finish.

Cuvée from the lieu-dit "Les Rocoules", one of the most prestigious in the appellation.

Grapes: marsanne 95% and Roussanne 5%; vines aged 50 years.

Fermentation: in barrels for eight to ten weeks, partial aging on fine lees, no filtration.

Tasting: it is a rich and creamy nectar, both dry and smooth, with great purity of flavor. Stunning finish of vine peach, vanilla, and honey.
