The union of our 3 terroirs in Pic Saint Loup (Saint Jean de Cuculles, on the southern face of Pic Saint Loup): Les Côtes Blonde, with omnipresent white limestone (salinity, chiselled minerality), Brune, defined by its reddish soil (structure, power, a sense of backbone), and Rousse, with its generous clays (texture, smoothness).

A blend made mainly from our Syrahs (60%), with Mourvèdre (25%) and a little Grenache (15%).

Long vatting of destemmed grapes, without traumatic handling. Aged for 16 months in foudres, ovoid vats and concrete tanks.

Fresh, mineral, mouth-watering substance. A sanguine, vibrant, finely bred red wine. You will love it for its balance between depth and fluidity!
