Domaine La Terrasse d'Elise Languedoc "Elise" red 2020

The winemaking method (long aging in barrels and bottling without fining or filtration) + the extended aging in bottle intentionally leaves the lees resulting from fermentation in contact with the wine for added finesse... but cannot avoid a significant deposit in the bottle, which of course has no impact on tasting.
