A very elegant and characteristic pinot noir, with well-ripened fruit (sour cherry, almost ripe) that would make many Burgundy wines blush (which would be worth much more, by the way!!!). A wine that showcases the oenological expertise of the domaine, with impeccable balance that is utterly seductive. Still a bit young in February 2026, the date of its release from the cellars of the domaine.

These Pinot grapes give a cuvée resulting from the friendship between two friends: one in the vineyard, the other in the cellar. A whole story...

Grapes: Pinot noir

Age of the Vines: 35 years

Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and then destemmed. The maceration lasts about 15 days, including a 5-day cold pre-fermentation maceration.
The aging of this cuvée takes place in 300 L barrels on fermentation lees, for about 9 to 12 months.

Tasting & Pairing: The nose is expressive with floral notes of rose petal but also indulgent recalling currants, cherries, and sour cherries. The barrel aging adds some spicy notes. The palate is harmonious
with a soft and fine tannic structure, beautiful vitality.
It will pair very well with a rib of beef or a pierrade to share among friends!
