These Pinot grapes produce a cuvée born from the friendship between two friends: one in the vineyard, the other in the cellar. A whole story...

Grapes: Pinot noir

Age of the Vines: 35 years

Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and then destemmed. The maceration lasts about 15 days, including a cold pre-fermentation maceration of 5 days.
The aging of this cuvée takes place in 300L barrels on fermentation lees,
for about 9 to 12 months.

Tasting & Pairing: The nose is expressive with floral notes of rose petals but also indulgent recalling currants,
cherries, and sour cherries. The aging in barrels adds some spicy notes. The palate is harmonious
with a soft and fine tannic structure, beautiful vitality.
It pairs very well with a rib of beef or a shared pierrade among friends!
