Wines from winemakers, our Burgundies are so in many ways.
We are indeed proud of the choice of plots at the birth of the wine, accompanying these mosaics of terroirs. We are also proud to offer enthusiasts wines that we, winemakers, appreciate, especially during meals among friends, accomplices of simple and friendly cuisine. Our taste buds awaken at the thought of the traditional harvest snack where all together, we start the parsley ham and goat cheeses accompanied by our Bourgogne Blanc. These beautiful Chardonnay grapes, the substance of our Bourgogne blanc, ripen on two terroirs located in the municipality of Marsannay: En Auvonne and En Varangée. Well-drained, well-exposed, the two soils, quite similar in structure, loamy and clay-limestone, present on the surface multiple small pebbles returning the accumulated energy. From this wine, we will also draw our energy, to "hold our ordon" and cut our grapes!
