The cuvées from specific parcels: the reflection of a terroir
Although contiguous, our domaine has multiple geological identities. For generations, observation has allowed us to translate these nuances into specific cuvées.

Terroir : Clay and alluvial sands, mid-slope of the hillside. Located on the middle part of the Turonian, alluvial clay-siliceous cover of variable thickness (1 to 2 meters) containing flint and sponges. Old vines averaging almost 70 years old, exposed to the southwest.

Cuvée : Chevalerie.

Wine profile : a wine for aging, rich and powerful, capable of accompanying small game or lamb.

Aging potential : 10 to 15 years.
