Cuvée : Galichets

terroir : Clay and alluvial sands, mid-slope of the hillside. Located on the middle part of the Turonian, alluvial clay-siliceous cover of variable thickness (1 to 2 meters) containing flint and sponges. Old vines averaging almost 70 years old, exposed to the southwest.

elaboration : manual harvesting, destemming, and double sorting. Aging in demi-muids (not new) and large casks.

Wine profile: a meal wine, full and indulgent, a perfect companion for a roast or red meat.
