Terroir: Clay and altered sand, high on the hillside. Located on the upper part of the Turonian, with a clay-siliceous covering less than 2 meters thick resulting from the alteration of chalk and tuff during the cold periods of the Quaternary. Cabernet franc averaging 35 years old, exposed to the southwest.
