Cultivation: Sustainable viticulture

Plot: 20-year-old plot in the commune of Chanos/Curson

Vinification: Hand-picked in small 20 kg crates to ensure maximum respect for the harvest.

Destemmed and crushed grapes. Indigenous yeasts.

Malolactic fermentation in barrels.

Aging: 12 months in demi-muids and barrels.
