Domaine Boxler pinot noir red 2024

This pinot noir comes from a new plot located on the northern side of the grand cru Brand. Jean Boxler is very pleased with it. After aging and bottling, he lets it mature for a year in bottles before offering it to us.

Grape variety: Pinot noir

Cultural technique: Bud removal, grass regulation 1 row out of 2, manual training, short pruning, debudding, hoeing, earthing up, weeding, plowing with a winch, cover crops.

Harvest: Manual harvest

Vinification: Minimal intervention, no bâtonnage, no fining, no filtration, separate vinification for each plot, indigenous yeasts.

Aging: 14 months in barrel for reds
