Domaine Boxler Crémant d'Alsace

 

Very tense, with beautiful acidity, an extra brut Crémant full of liveliness and great complexity.
 

Grapes: 30% Pinot Blanc, 50% Pinot Auxerrois, 20% Pinot Noir

Vinification and aging: Manual harvest. Long and gentle pressing. Cold settling before fermentation. Natural fermentation. Unfined.
